When ordering my steak I always order it Rare, perhaps for a good reason. Rare is a herdsire prospect that we are very excited about. We uncovered this interesting and unique Red Angus gem during the summer of 2005 at eight months of age. We went back two months later and sealed the deal. Rare, simply put is just that!! Outcross genetics at their finest. Jenna 3H is a moderate framed, deep bodied, perfect uddered momma cow. We wish we could have our pastures full of her type. Denis liked the sire of Rare enough to purchase him back after a couple of years service in Quebec as an aged sire. The Last Call sire group viewed at Denis and Shelley's was one of their finest.

Rare's first calf crop is everyting we expected. Phenotypically correct, rich red, and totally exciting!! Look for his progeny in the future.
